What this tool creates
What this tool creates
Sora Toolbox builds editable 15-second product video scripts from five preset formats and your product text. It does not call an AI model, analyse photos, or render video. No account is required.
Getting started
Is it free? Do I need an account?
Choose a format, describe the product and review the script before using it. Free to try, without an account.
Can I use the scripts commercially? Any copyright strings attached?
You may edit and use the generated scripts for your projects. Check product claims, image and music rights, and advertising disclosures before publishing. This tool does not guarantee copyright clearance or originality.
Which languages are supported?
Six: English, 简体ä¸æ–‡, Français, Deutsch, Español and Português. Switch with the globe button in the top-right corner. The script is written in the language you pick, with phrasing adapted to that market rather than translated word for word.
How many scripts can I generate per day?
No limit. Generate as many as you want. We actively encourage running the same product through several formats to see which one lands.
Features
What is the difference between the five video formats?
Unboxing (ASMR): electronics, gift sets, premium goods — leans on packaging and first impressions.
Review: functional products, builds trust through side-by-side demonstration.
Tutorial: anything that needs to be shown in use — cosmetics, software, kitchen tools.
VLOG: everyday items, placed into a real-life moment.
Try-on: apparel and accessories, shows how it actually looks worn.
Tip: run one product through several formats and let the numbers decide.

What does uploading a product photo do? Is it required?
Optional photo: preview only, kept in this browser tab. It does not change the script. Describe colours, materials and details in the product text.
Why 15 seconds? Can I change the length?
Fifteen seconds is long enough to land one clear message and short enough to hold watch-through — which is the metric every short-form feed optimises for. Adjust freely:
• Cut to 10s: drop the secondary detail shots
• Stretch to 20s: add a use-case scene or a second benefit
What matters is pacing — a cut every 2–3 seconds regardless of total length.

Why does the same product give slightly different scripts each time?
That is deliberate. Review scripts in particular have three variants and one is picked at random. So you can:
1. Generate a few times and keep the one you like
2. Combine the strongest lines from different versions
3. Run different versions on different platforms or audiences
It keeps your output from turning into the same video over and over.

Shooting and editing
What gear do I need?
A phone is enough. Modern phone cameras are well past the bar for short-form. Worth adding:
• Flexible tripod (~$15): kills handheld shake
• Ring light or small LED panel (~$25): fixes bad indoor lighting
• Lavalier mic (~$20, optional): the single biggest quality jump after lighting
Around $60 total gets you to a professional-looking baseline. A camera and gimbal help, but nothing here is blocked without them.

I have never edited video. Where do I start?
Use CapCut (free, desktop and mobile):
1. Beginner-friendly interface
2. Large free library of music, transitions and caption templates
3. Auto-captions that are accurate enough to just clean up
4. Plenty of official and community tutorials
Fast path:
• Drop clips onto the timeline following the script timestamps
• Add a trending sound from the platform library
• Auto-generate captions, then fix the product name
• One simple transition between scenes — resist the urge to use more
• Export and publish
Expect 2–3 hours on your first video, about 30 minutes once it is routine.

How do I pick background music?
Rules of thumb:
1. Use sounds trending on the platform: every short-form app surfaces a trending audio list, and using one measurably helps distribution
2. Match the product:
• Energetic goods (sport, kids) → upbeat pop
• Premium goods (luxury, tech) → restrained, minimal
• Home and food → warm acoustic or piano
3. Keep it under the voiceover: music at roughly 30–40% so narration stays clear
4. Cut on the beat: syncing scene changes to the rhythm noticeably lifts perceived quality
One caution: if you are running the video as a paid ad, check the licence — trending sounds are usually cleared for organic posts only.

What mistakes should I avoid when filming?
The five that show up most often:
1. Handheld shake
Fix: tripod, gimbal, or just brace the phone against something solid
2. Bad light or shooting into a window
Fix: face the light source, keep bright windows behind the camera not behind the subject
3. Cluttered background
Fix: a plain wall or a cleared desk beats any filter
4. Thin or noisy audio
Fix: get the mic close, record in a quiet room, avoid hard echoey spaces
5. Shots that overstay
Fix: cut to the script timestamps and delete anything that is not earning its seconds

Platforms and publishing
Which platforms do these scripts work on?
The structure follows what all short-form feeds reward, so it transfers across:
• TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
• Facebook Reels, Pinterest Idea Pins
Differences worth knowing:
• TikTok: rewards fast, entertaining, trend-aware content
• Reels: skews more aesthetic and lifestyle-led
• Shorts: tolerates a slower build and more explanation, and benefits from search intent
Adjust pacing and tone per platform rather than cross-posting identical files.

How do I get more views and reach?
Eight things that actually move distribution:
1. The first 3 seconds decide it: open on a problem, a question, or something visually surprising
2. Protect watch-through: keep it tight — this is the metric with the most leverage
3. Invite a reply: ask something answerable in the video or the caption
4. Use trending audio: consistently correlates with wider reach
5. Write for search too: real keywords in the caption and on-screen text, no hashtag stuffing
6. Posting time:
• Weekdays: 11:00–13:00 and 18:00–21:00 local time
• Weekends: late morning through evening
7. Post consistently: irregular accounts get less reach than steady ones
8. Stay in one lane: pick one or two categories so the algorithm knows who to show you to

My video got no views. What now?
Step 1 — read the metrics
• Watch-through under 30%? → too slow, or the hook missed
• Like rate under 2%? → the value is not landing
• Zero comments? → nothing in the video invites a response
Step 2 — audit the content
• Is there a real hook in the first 3 seconds?
• Is the benefit stated plainly, not implied?
• Is the footage sharp and stable?
• Is the audio clean?
Step 3 — fix one thing
• Recut the opening with a stronger hook
• Add captions — a large share of viewers watch muted
• Swap in a trending sound
• Rewrite the caption around a keyword people search
Step 4 — test deliberately
• Same product, different format
• Same video, different posting time
• Change one variable at a time or you will not know what worked

How do I add shopping links to a video?
TikTok:
1. Apply for TikTok Shop, or join an affiliate programme
2. Attach the product when posting
3. Buyers tap the product card in the video
Instagram Reels:
1. Convert to a professional account and set up Instagram Shopping
2. Tag products directly in the Reel
3. Buyers tap the product tag
YouTube Shorts:
1. Join the YouTube Partner Programme and enable Shopping
2. Tag products or connect an affiliate storefront
Any platform, no shop approval:
Use an affiliate link in your bio or a link-in-bio page. Slower than a native product tag, but it works from day one.
Eligibility rules and follower thresholds change often and vary by country — check the current requirements in the app rather than trusting any guide, including this one.

Going further
How do I build a personal brand people trust?
Five steps:
1. Pick a lane
• One or two categories you actually know and that have buyers
• Decide the role: expert, curator, tester, or entertainer
2. Look consistent
• Same setting and background
• Same colour treatment
• A recognisable opening and sign-off
3. Publish value on a schedule
• Three to five posts a week, minimum
• Build series people can follow ("30 days of", "tested for a month")
• Say what actually happened, including what disappointed you
4. Talk to people
• Reply to comments, especially the first fifty
• Ask your audience what to test next
• Go live occasionally — nothing builds trust faster
5. Be a person
• Show some life outside the product
• Admit when you got something wrong
• Credibility beats polish, every time

How do I read the analytics and improve?
The metrics that matter:
1. Watch-through (most important)
• Target: above 60%
• Below 30%: too slow, or the hook failed
• Fix: shorten, tighten the cuts, rebuild the opening
2. Like rate
• Target: above 3%
• Below 1%: not useful or not emotionally resonant
• Fix: sharpen the benefit, add a human reaction
3. Comment rate
• Target: above 0.5%
• Zero comments: nothing to respond to
• Fix: ask a real question
4. Share rate
• Target: above 1%
• Low: nothing worth passing along
• Fix: add a genuinely useful tip or a surprise
5. Conversion (the one that pays)
• Target: above 5% of viewers tapping through
• Low: wrong product, wrong price, or unclear offer
• Fix: change the product before you change the edit
The loop: post → check at 24 and 48 hours → find the weakest metric → fix only that in the next video → repeat

How do I make several different videos about one product?
One product, eight angles. Take wireless earbuds:
1. Unboxing: packaging and first impression
2. Feature test: sound, noise cancelling, battery life
3. Tutorial: pairing, controls, the settings nobody finds
4. In context: commuting, training, working
5. Comparison: against the obvious alternative
6. Objection handling: "do they fall out?", "how is call quality?"
7. Long-term: honest report after a month
8. Pairings: what else you use them with
Why it works:
• Each angle catches buyers at a different stage
• Your feed stays active without repeating yourself
• The videos cross-promote each other

How do I handle platform and algorithm changes?
What holds up over time:
1. Follow the official channels
• Check the creator portal for policy updates
• Join official creator communities for first-hand information
2. Own an audience off-platform
• Move people to an email list or a community you control
• When distribution shifts, you still have a way to reach buyers
3. Publish to more than one platform
• The same video on TikTok, Reels and Shorts
• Spreads the risk when one feed changes its mind
4. Keep quality up
• Algorithms change, but they are all trying to find content people finish and share
• Useful, honest, well-made videos survive every update
5. Keep learning
• Watch what the top creators in your category change
• Review your own numbers monthly and adjust
The constant: what buyers need does not change, and neither does the value of being straight with them.
